What are the courses offered by MMK College?

We offer undergraduate courses like B.Com., BMS, B.Com. (Accounting and Finance), B.Com. (Banking and Insurance), B.Com. (Financial Markets), BAMMC. We offer Post Graduate Course M.Com. (Accountancy). These courses are affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

What are the minimum requirements for applying to a suitable course?

Eligibility requirements differ from course to course.

Where can I get the prospectus and application forms?

This year due to COVID-19, all admissions will be Online through Website. Kindly visit the college website www.mmk.edu.in for regular updates.
In normal times the application material can be obtained from the office counter between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon within the days of admission schedule.

Do you offer a distance education programme?

We do not offer a distance education programme affiliated to Mumbai University.

Is there any agent who can help me in getting admission to your college?

No, we do not have any agents or middlemen for admissions.

Can I take back the original School Leaving Certificate?

The original School Leaving Certificate will not be returned to the students.

Are marks on the qualifying exams considered for admission?

We are a Sindhi Linguistic Minority College. So 50% of the seats are reserved for Sindhi students. All admissions for the remaining seats in first years of Junior and Degree College are done strictly on merit basis. In-house students are given preference in admissions to FYBCOM (Only) as per Mumbai University guidelines. Remaining admissions are given to outside students strictly on merit basis.

Can I apply after the last date for submitting the application?

No applications will be entertained after the last date for submission.

Is there any dress code?

Yes, students must strictly follow the dress code on campus.

What about placements after completing the course?

The college has an active Placement Cell that assists students with career opportunities.

What extracurricular opportunities are available?

We encourage and support extracurricular opportunities as these provide important settings for personal growth and friendships. The Cultural committee, Literary & Debating committee, NSS through its extensive community service program, many intercollegiate sports activities provide several opportunities for overall development of students’ personality.
